We have six Diversity & Inclusion Groups that contribute to Lilly ANZ being a great place to work.
Psychological Safety and Wellbeing: To create an understanding of employee’s uniqueness and promote a culture where every employee can show up without fear of judgement of their identity, status or career.
Gender: To promote an environment where we challenge attitudes, beliefs and behaviours about gender, removing biases that enable employees, regardless of gender, to have access to equal opportunities.
Pride: To promote a positive and inclusive workplace that supports equal experiences, treatment and safety for LGBT+ employees, enabling employees to reach their full potential.
Culture: To embrace diversity in our cultural and ethnic backgrounds, fostering an inclusive workplace where individuals thrive, celebrate and learn from our differences.
Enable: To create an environment where barriers to visible and invisible needs of employees are removed to support physical and psychological well-being, enabling them to thrive.
